Message	ANYTHING NOT OEM is illegal... period. so technically even the local muffler shop "oem replacement" is illegal. Unless it EXACTLY meets OEM specs and LOOKS OEM according to the judge I had, it illegal... B&B, HKS, GReddy, whatever... its illegal if its not OEM. In VA you basically have to go with what doesn't get attention. I got pulled by one cop for my PE. Went to court, argued my case WITH proof from the website and other places showing it was a "cat-back" emissions legal exhaust system. Judge didn't care, "illegal in VA". So I got a B&B. Got pulled by the same cop three months later, but this time for speeding, and he said nothing about the exhaust. Its a subjective thing. If you get an ass of a cop that doesn't like your exhaust, you're screwed... deal with it.
